WI: in 1946, "Cleavage" is not invented by Hollywood

What if, in 1946, Hollywood and Time do not invent the word "cleavage" to refer to part of female anatomy?

does it affect later films? does it impact American life?

The way I see it, the absence of that word wouldn't have much of an impact really. I'm sure someone else would come along with an equivalent term after a while, and you don't really need a specific word to reference a distinct concept. It helps, but it's not a definite requirement.
