The British won't mind leaving the area, and even do so six months before the invasion.

The Reich hands over old 1935-era equipment, enough for a german army designed force of 40,000 Infantry and Officers. Jewish soliders have been trained for a year and are ready to utilize modified W-Boats to make a landing in Palastine and then go on to conquer it. German forces will be aiding the invasion via a landing in the Negrev, working to secure the flank and take Sinai, then hold agins't Egypt. (When they will give up the Negrev and hand it to the Jewish state that results from the invasion.)

Can a invasion work with so few troops?

Very unlikely to happen. The arms would have to be smuggled in and it would alienate the entire Arab population in the middle east.

That was actually not quite as far-fetched as some may think..............the Betar Zionists, in particular, actually worked with some of the fascists in the '30s.

What exactly do you mean with W-boats?

This was the only thing I could find by that name:

Anyways, if necessary the British will move a few infantrybrigades there - just like they did at the height of the Desert War to keep an eye on the Vichy French in Syria/Lebanon. Whatever forces the Germans can move there, I'd assume are easily destroyed by such an amount of troops.

In '39 the Italians are still neutral, so the Germans won't get any help from the Italians.

I’m pretty sure the the British did not leave the Palestine Mandate in 1939.

The German Wehrmacht was a little busy in 1938-39 to go arming, feeding and training a group that the German State considered noncitizens and Untermensch.

Italian fascists, not German Nazis. This was during the period when Mussolini was stirring up trouble for the various other powers in the Mediterranean, mainly the French and the British using mezzi insidiosi, ‘insidious methods’. But since the main beneficiaries of Italian generosity were the Arab fascist organisations in Egypt and various Arab nationalists groups in the British and French Mandates, in particular the Mufti of Jerusalem, any aid to Jewish groups beyond a bit of money for terrorist activity was out of the Question. Mussolini was busy casting himself as the patron of Islam, when he wasn’t killing Libyan nationalists.

The Germans had no interest in the Mediterranean until later.

This scenario is off with the Alien Space Bats.

Nazi Germany didn't want a war with Britain in 1938/39 so why would it do its best to provoke a war with them, helping a group of people who it hated
