WI Holy Roman Emperor Maximilian I claims the English Crown?

In 1493 the impostor Perkin Warbeck attended the funeral of Frederic III Holy Roman Emperor in Vienna, where he was recognised as King Richard IV of England, at the invitation of Frederick III's son Maximilian I.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perkin_Warbeck#cite_note-0 Warbeck also promised that if he died before becoming king, his 'claim' would fall to Maximilian.
WI Warbeck died suddenly (or accidentaly) before he landed in England? Would Maximilian I hve claimed the English Crown as promised by (the fake) Richard IV? How possible is a war between England and HRE?
Any thoughts?

No Maximilian had better things to do then claim the English crown, based on a clearly fictitious claim. Besides, if I remember correctly, didn't Henry VII lunch his invasion of England from Habsburg held Burgundy?

Warbeck's claim was believed to be genuine bu the time of Frederic's III funeral so if he dies around that time Maximilian was next in line... Anyway Warbeck's death would gave him a good pretext to try and beat Henry VII...
