WI Hitler had served on the eastern front?

In the light of the recent 'what if Hitler served' threads, I'd like to propose my own. Suppose Hitler served on the eastern front instead of the western front. How would ths change Hitler and history, supposing he isn't KIA/MIA and still turns to a radical ideology after Germany loses WW I.

he would appreciate the vastness of russia far more. the hardship of the russian winter wouldnt be something he would take lightly either.

he would probably be more open to cooperating with russian resistance groups... or better yet might just leave russia alone

He'll probably see the German army crush the Russian army, confirming his belief that the Slavs are inferior. This could maybe lead to him believing even more in the fact that the Russians are a weak peopleand thus cancel out the Molotov Ribbentrop pact as he thinks he can take them or possibly a weaker Barbarossa, unlikely though.

His experience with Gas will also be butterflied away possibly making him more inclined to use it as he won't have seen first hand what a horrible weapon it is.
