WI: Hitler found to be criminally insane in 1912?

Basically, I wonder how the world would continue without a certain short evil mustached man. How would the world be a different or better place if he had been incarcerated for mental illness before the outbreak of WW1?

1912 seems a bit unlikley but how about 1923, after the failed Beer Hall putsched and the suicide of his cousin. (I think thats the correct time)He would just slip into obscurity probally being a WI Hitlers Beer Hall Putsch had succeeeded?? question on AH.comThe future of Germany who knows, i'd say it probally still goes fascist but doesn't suffer from the same amouont of Meglomania as it did under Hitler. i believe that conflict in europe was a certainty with Stalin. It was probally just a strong Germany stoping him from attacking first. So a less milatristic germany might lead to a communist dominated Europe
