WI: Hitler doesn't become an anglophile

I was reading a while back that Adolf Hitler's anglophile views began as a result of Britain's intervention on Germany's behalf in incidents such as the Genoa Conference and the French occupation of the Ruhr, what if he had a more clear-sighted view that the British were acting in their own interests and that they would never accept a German-dominated continent?

Would German military buildup and diplomacy change without Hitler trying to pursue the pipe dream of an Anglo-German alliance?

I think that is very hard to judge Hitler's reasoning. I have sen it stated in a number of sources that Hitler was influenced by the view that the British where a Germanic people thanks to the Saxons. Supposedly this explained the success of the British Empire. Of course Hitler's reasoning could have been influenced by first hand observations of the British Army during his time in the trenches in WW1.

But if Hitler had been aware that Britain would never join him, and France even less - will he forget about how he hates the Slavs? Also ASBish.
