Officially, Hitler was stateless (i.e. no formal citizenship status) between 1925 and 1932, which left him vulnerable to deportation during this time.
So let's say sometime during the republic's most turbulent years (1930 to 1932) law enforcement agencies are instructed to arrest Hitler with the intention to deport.

Where do you think he could plausibly be deported too? (minus Austria, as they had refused when Bavaria tried to do so in 1925)
What level of damage would this do to the NDSAP had Hitler been sent away at this time?

Most likely : nowhere

From 1930 onwards, esp after the RT-election in autumn 1930 he was "too big" to be arrested at all without causing some massive uproars on the right and upheaveals/civil-war-like-unrests.

And the political responsibles knew that ... and therefore avoided it OTL.

Other than that :
The 1925 episode, when bavarian tried to get rid of AH pretty much describes the prob :
NOONE, no country would be willing to "take" him ... and guarantee to hold him tight whereever that might be.
...
...
Well,
... maybe
... if you pay some southamerican banana-republic dictator (with some/a LOT of money) to take him and let him
... vanish somehow in the djungle ...

intrinsic, he had to return to Austria
So the Bavarian Court had decided after Trail for Bierhalle Putsch
but after he was pardoned and left prison, he disappear for a while
While Bavarian and Austrian authorities had settled agreement on deportation

This is ist interesting "the Little annoying Austrian" lived in Germany, not only as stateless, but also as a Illegal one !
He got German nationality very late on 25. Februar 1932 !
and not by Bavarian authorities, but by the one of Free state of Braunschweig !

Maybe a right wing state such as the Horthy ruled Hungary?

Horthy and the Hungarian elit of the time didnt like Hitler as chancellor - for the important reason of them being snob aristocrats and Hitler being an upstart commoner - dont see why they would take him as a semi important troublemaker.
