What kind of knock on effects within the Domestic US might occur as a result of Oliver North and Co being nailed to the wall and being made an example of? What if the P.O.T.U.S. was Implicated and Charged or Impeached? What kind of Butterflies could be generated in other Countries as a result of these changes to OTL events? Your thoughts?

A charge of treason over Iran-Contra would require a POD of around 1787 or so, as the US Constitution has a very specific definition of treason- there'd be quite a few butterflies from something that far back....
Nor would impeachment be that likely, because you'd need quite a few Republicans to go along to get the necessary 2/3 majority in both houses of Congress, although a number of administration officials were convicted of various forms of perjury & other forms of misconduct due to Iran-Contra

They get found not guilty by virtue of not committing it...
As for what happens if Reagan is impeached? Not much. He won't be convicted in the Senate. Reagan was a popular president, and a very good orator. He convinced a lot of people he didn't know about giving the money to the Contras and that won't change, think of it as the Clinton impeachment trial a decade early.
