What if Henry VIII died back in 1524? In OTL he almost drowned, but a footman saved his life:
“In this yere the kyng folowyng of his hauke, lept over a diche beside Hychyn, with a polle and the polle brake, so that if one Edmond Mody, a foteman, had not lept into the water, and lift up his hed, whiche was fast in the clay, he had bene drouned: but God of his goodnes preserved him.”

So what if the footman was a few seconds too late to save him?
Mary was at this point only 8 years old, would she be crowned at once, or wait until she was 12? Would Catherine of Aragon be accepted as Regent, or would the nobles argue that she was a foreigner, and therefor unsuited to rule England?

Who would Anne Boleyn marry? Henry had yet to show his interest in her, so her reputation wouldn't have been ruined.
