What if Henry VII lives until 1540, his bro. In law lived at the same age.
How would he react to his son's great matter or would it be prevented?

Well if Henry VII had not died before 1511 the wedding between Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon would have never happened. At his father’s death Henry, Prince of Wales was engaged to Eleanor of Austria and would have married her in 1511 or 1512 so the whole basis for the Great Matter would be eliminated. Eleanor was many years younger than Henry, beautiful and much richer and well connected than her aunt. Henry VII also would have likely remarried (but to who?) and generated other heirs (and also James IV of Scotland would have survived and generated more children with Margaret Tudor). What if Henry VII lives until 1540, his bro. Kate of Aragon can easily be the last bride of Maximilian or to her exfather in law.Well if Henry VII had not died before 1511 the wedding between Henry VIII and Catherine of Aragon would have never happened. Keeping Henry VII alive until 1520 would be more than enough for totally changing the history of both England and Scotland (as two main events like Henry and Catherine’s wedding and Flodden will be butterflied)
Max will not remarry after Bianca, unless forced to marry Anne of Hungary and Bohemia (and in any case would remarry to some German/Eastern Princess not to Kate) while Henry VII or Manuel of Portugal (switching OTL grooms with her niece) are good options for her.Kate of Aragon can easily be the last bride of Maximilian or to her exfather in law.
I think who Maximilian’s OTL biggest misfortune in his later years was not having a son and at least a daughter from his wedding to Bianca Maria (as the daughter would be an ideal bride for Sigismund and the son the logical option for Anne of Hungary)Emperor Maximilian would suggest marriage between CoA and Sigismund the Old, weird idea, but considering the fact, that IOTL he tried to arrange match between Sigismund and Juana la Loca in 1515 it seems likely that he would come with such proposition. Of course, Ferdinand does not need to treat that proposition seriously.
