So, the Salian lands and the Anglo-Norman would be in personal union. The French would find it quite hard to break this power and it might be stronger than the Angevins.
 
I wonder if this might result in the acquisition of Flanders? The Empress' claim was as good as any others around at the time and her husband as feudal overlord would be well positioned to enforce her rights. Possession of Flanders would benefit England's commerce immensely, perhaps strengthening Matilda's position there, and would greatly facilitate the joint government of Normandy, England and the Empire.
