WI: Heath/Thorpe Coalition in Feb 1974

A POD along these lines needs a clearer Liberal balance.

Not hard to picture, just needs efficient targeting, 45 or so Liberal MPs

This is Labour party leadership election in 1982 (as I think Callaghan would resign as leader at age 70). I and some others have discussed that Healey would be Callaghan's successor and that the following leadership election would be primarily between Foot and Healey with Healey winning.
