WI: Hannibal at Thermopylae

Then Thermopylae doesn't happen. Antiochus was caught with his pants down in Greece. If it's Hannibal leading it (and there has to be a really good reason for Hannibal to be leading the army instead of Antiochus), then he simply would not be caught there. More importantly, he would have waited slightly longer to gather the rest of his troops so he could invade with more than 10,000 men. That lost him a lot of support-aside from Philip going over to the Romans because he brought a claimant to the Makedonian throne with him to Greece, the other Greek states were not impressed by the mighty seleucid king only coming with 10,000 guys.

The whole invasion of Greece was a botched affair, Hannibal would have handled it far better.
