WI: Gustav II Adolf's first Christina survived to adulthood?

Gustav II Adolf of Sweden and Maria Eleonora of Brandenburg had another daughter named Christina, who was born on October 16th, 1623. Unfortunately, less than an year later, she died. What would have happened if this first Christina survived to adulthood?

Well, much of what made OTL Christina who she was, was a direct result of the fact that her father suspected that he would not have another child.

In May 1625 (9 months after the elder Kristina's death), Marie Eleonore was delivered of a stillborn son. Therefore, allowing the elder Kristina to live, could prevent the child being stillborn, and you might end up with a *Gustav III.

If the son is born alive, then TTL Kristina is simply the heiress presumptive until he produces an heir, but would most likely be married off to OTL Carl IX. Marie Eleonore's severe baby blues are most likely butterflied away for THIS child, though possibly not for OTL Kristina (we'll call her Katherine to avoid confusion).

Whether Gustav's death at Lützen would be butterflied away is anyone's guess. But if he dies on schedule, a regency will still be in effect in Sweden, headed by Oxenstierna.

Katherine might still convert to Catholicism, maybe even earlier since she would not be head of the church of Sweden.

*This is assuming the pregnancy at the point of the birth of the son was full-term. I can't find sources to indicate how far along in the pregnancy she might've been.
