WI Grant has a mental breakdown

at Gettysburg which allows Lee to win the battle? If this breakdown lasts for months, is a Confederate victory possible?

EDIT:

I meant Meade. My Civil War History is lacking.

@wcv215 is right. Grant was down near the Mississippi where he was victorious at Vicksburg at the same day.

If you're asking a similar question about Meade, maybe you're onto something.

Dammit. I apologize I thought he was at Gettysburg. Well, whoever the general in charge at Gettysburg is.
That would be General George Meade.

Anyway, by the time the battle starts Meade has already set in motion actions that will win the battle. Given the Confederate incompetence that was on display its unlikely the result will be drastically different. Even a tactical CSA victory will result in the ANV having to withdraw, rendering it a strategic northern victory. Long-term Grant gets recalled to take command of the Army of the Potomac anyway, and the ANV gets crushed regardless.

George Meade retires from field command and gets a less stressful desk job.
