WI: Goguryeo unites whole of Korea.

Why i am asking about this is because there is no one asking about it, so i'll try to ask about this civilization. Goguryeo is pretty strong civilization with potential to unite Korea but sadly they don't take it. If they are aware of this potential, here's my POD: Goguryeo, realizing it's potential, decides to invade and annex Silla after finding out that Silla declares independence. They quickly do that and it was a success, but pyrrhic. Then shortly afterward they turn north and annexes Buyeo, and they declare themselves as successor of Buyeo. But, Baekje tries to pride itself as a successor of Buyeo too. Aware of this, Goguryeo see their legitimacy challenged and in order to "prove" it, they invade Baekje with full force. Gaya, finding out that Baekje is in danger, tried to intervene on Baekje to "save" it. Goguryeo found out and as a result invaded both two. Both invasions was Goguryeo victory and finally united Korea, but with large loss of lives. Now, with that victory i expect Goguryeo to try expand to the North once more by taking on Manchuria and invading Dumakru on 510's, then finally by the mid-500's (on 540-560's) they finally annexed the last Korean kingdom independent from Goguryeo (Tamna, vassalized early 514), and solidified themselves as a major regional power competing with Yamato and maybe tries to gain foothold on China when there are any crisis from it. What are ramifications of that (like what happened to the East Asian culture), should all of it happens?

Why stop there?
My intention from my opinion is not go too far. If i were to go too far, this could change opinions of people which i want to ask about. You looked demanding, so if you want to know, here's my answer: No, they won't stop there. Goguryeo might try to continue and influence Japan by occasionally doing some cultural exchanges while continually declare some wars against each other. Goguryeo supports Hayato most of the time 100% to prevent their independence fall into Yamato.

I apologize for coming off as demanding.
My rationale was that Japan was pretty divided in this era so it was possible, not certain but possible.

Frankly, very difficult. Main issue with Goguryeo was that it was good with fighting against invasions due to its (for the time) highly mobilized society and a massive system of fortresses, but it was not what was needed to occupy the densely populated Korean peninsula. Shilla actually got a massive freebie by having the Tang be the external enemy to unite the formerly separate kingdoms against. What's the existential threat that Goguryeo can use to unify the minds of Baekje and Shilla?

Goguryeo spent most of its existence fighting whatever dynasty is in China, plus some nomads. Silla actually got a bit lucky that they have the Tang exhaust Goguryeo's power.

Absent a legit threat in the north, nobody can stop Goguryeo from uniting Korea. They also get chunks of Manchuria in the process.
