WI: Germany never managed to gain any colonys in Afric or asia.

The british and french get the colonies. that they gaind in otl peace treaty.
But the uk also colonises what would later be japanies pacific holdings. out side off china!!

Would this have afected German navel stratagie.?
and the earl stages off ww1?

Would the British and french. ues more african troops on the western front.
in the roles that they did in otl.
or would they have made more use of them as fighting men.?
and left the hevy lifting and outher less glamerus jobs to the chinese labourers compleatly?

thats just a few questions i have

German naval strategy was essentially to build a battle fleet in the North Sea large enough to challenge the Royal Navy. Although they had a small Pacific Fleet at Tsingtao, they never attempted to build a world=spanning navy such as the British had.

Good idea for Germany to never have colonies in the first place, Bismark never really wanted them.

Naval-Strategy?
What Naval Strategy?
OK, here it is: Have a couple of amasing big ships for Wilhelm II. to play with.
Then make an aliance with Britain and crush France while he isn't looking.:D:D:D

That's true. Bismarck gave in to pressure from other figures in the German government. German colonies weren't really all that valuable and were made up largely of what was left over in Africa and Asia. They were taken mostly because having colonies was considered to be symbol of being a world power. I doubt not having them would have had that much impact. Maybe free up some extra troops and ships to fight in Europe in World War I.

I think that without Africa or Asia, Germany would concentrate more on East Europe
More Development in the Polish area of Germany.
More recognition of the German colonies in the Crimea.
