WI: Germany invades NORTHERN Belgium in 1940

So assume that for whatever reason, the German plan to attack France through the Ardennes is scrapped and the Germans end up attacking France through the northern Flemish plain à la 1914- which was exactly what France was expecting. What happens next?

More or less as OTL, except there is no stunning "Sickle Cut" manuver. Dutch army collapses in four days, Allies are driven out of Belgium, Belgian army falls apart, French Army may or not crack and fail.

The First Six Weeks
As in OTL the German army suffers between 55,000 & 60,000 dead & 300,000+ wounded. Over 40% of the German tanks are permanent losses, the Luftwaffe loses over 1,000 combat aircraft, artillery ammunition reserves are depleted & if the battle goes over eight weeks there may be a ammunition crisis with the German army. If the French army sticks together under the strain then Germany has won a tactical victory and lost the war.
