the Monnet plan to break Germany's industrial capacity.
by giving France control over the German coal and steel areas of the Ruhr area and Saar.
this bring France to 150% of pre-war industrial production in 1950

were there more plans ?

I'm sure the Russians must have had a dream plan, but I don't know what it was

Of course, Nazi revivalists also had a plan

If you want to completely destroy Germany you need a good reason. OTL the allies didn't do it because they wanted a strong country to stop the Sovjet hordes in case of WWIII. So for the western allies to weaken Germany, you have to get rid of the Soviet Union. In short you need Nazi Germany to beat the Soviets, after which the western allies beat Germany. In that case the western allies don't need a strong Germany. In that case most occupied countries will probably be allowed to annex part of Germany, so we would see a French Saarland, the Netherlands would get part of Germany (but not that megalomanic Bakker-Schut plan, my guess would be East-Frisia), Denmark might getthe rest of Schlesswick and Poland might get Danzig and (part of) East-Prussia (but I doubt Poland will get everything it got OTL as they will probably keep the eastern part of theit country they lost OTL to the Soviets, so Pommern, East Brandenburg and most of Silesia will remain German). Will the allies completely destroy Germany and its industry? I really doubt it.

If you want to completely destroy Germany, you need the Soviets to conquer all of it. A strong communist Germany was never in the interest of the Russian Soviets. Germany is strong enough that very quickly it will become the strongest and most important country in the communist block, something the Russians know and want to avoid at all costs. So they will weaken the Germans in all ways possible. They will give the eastern parts to Poland (like OTL). They will give Denmark Schlesswick and Holstein, the Netherlands will get a lot of new territory. Maybe Belgium, Luxemburg or France will get some of the pie (France depends on weather it falls into the Soviet sphere or not and how powerful it will be compared to Russia/Soviet union). Germany wil most likely be split, Austria will be independent (well as independend as Poland afterWWII, so not very). The same will be true about Bavaria, possibly including Baden Wurtemberg (where a new national identity will be tried to be created, succesful or nor). Maybe even northern Germany will be split. All to make sure Germany won't be more powerful than Russia (and maybe Finland will be annexed to strengthen the soviet union).
