WI future Henry V dies in 1403?

In 1403 the 16 year old Henry Prince of Wales participated in the battle of Shrewsbury along with his father against Henry Percy.
During the battle Henry was struck by an arrow in the left eye...
However being a Prince he was attended by the best doctors and received the best possible help and managed to recover from this wound although he was horribly scarred.

WI the arrow wound was fatal for the young Prince? What would be the impact in History if we eliminate Henry V and substitute him with his brother Thomas Duke of Clarence?

How would a reign of King Thomas I would look like?

Probably not the feats of arms Henry V accomplished OTL, but what kind of king - as in ruler - he'd make is harder to say. He'd probably live longer than Henry V did OTL, as he won't be worn out campaigning (presumably).

Would Thomas still invade France to press his claims? If i remember correctly he was a good commander but certainly was no match with his brother...
