WI: Fuad I becomes King of Albania

Kudos to Spiritual Sausage in the AH Discord server, who gave me this idea.
What if Fuad I of Egypt had been chosen as King of Albania, either in 1913 or 1914, before William of Wied could be appointed into the post?
Could the instability that plagued Albania during WWI and caused a military occupation of the country by Greece, Italy, and later Austria-Hungary be avoided due to a more competent king?
(And also one who’s more truly albanian, considering the albanian origins of Muhammad Ali’s dynasty)
If so, then will Albania join WWI on the CP side? If it does, then how does this affect the balkan campaign, especially the evacuation of the serbian army?

Bump. No thoughts?
My impression is that Albania would only join the CP after Serbia is occupied in 1915, and such a decision will quickly bring Italy into the fold.
Either that, or Albania stays neutral but pro-CP, and threatens to declare war on the serbs if they dare use their territory as a platform to escape.
All that is, of course, dependant on Fuad’s geopolitical leanings.

The problem with Albania in this period, it's the fact that's more a confederation of clan than a proper nation in the modern sense and frankly i doubt that any different king will change things

Fuad would have a bit more potential than Wilhelm of Wied. But the newly created Albania was an extremely unstable and anarchic place, and he can't hope to accomplish much...especially not in such a short time. Even if Fuad kinda gets a handle on things (which is a big "if"), the armed forces at his disposal in 1915 will be small, unreliable, poorly armed, and poorly organized. He would have no way to prevent the retreat of the Serbian army across Albania even if he wanted to.
