WI: French Victory Spring 1813

So in Spring 1813, Napoleon was mostly fighting Prussia and Russia, and inflicted two defeats on them, at Lutzen and Bautzen. However, both these victories left much to be desired; in the latter case, because Ney fumbled a really good battle plan. If Napoleon had inflicted sharper defeats at either of these two battles, and continued without an armistice, could he have salvaged something from the wreckage of the Russia campaign? Would Austria have been cowed into remaining neutral, and would the British not have the confidence to lend 7 million pounds to them, and what effect would this have had on the following campaigning?

Sure he can, but Napoleon still has too many sides to defend simultaneously. The choice of sub-commanders was poor and their limited ability to go off on their own damaged Napoleon's plans and made Trachenberg Plan a success. More than all this, it is important that Napoleon make some serious concessions other wise it was merely a matter of time before Austria would enter the field. The vacillation shown by Austria was a mere ruse used by Metternich to probe the field and try to gain as favourable a scenario as possible. Which, mind you, is not that bad a thing. However, I do not believe that Napoleon would make any such overtures without getting a defeat like Leipzig.
Best case scenario : get a better independent commander that would separate the Prussians away and could issue effective commands to Ney, Vandamme, Oudinot etc ( so their overall commander has to be Davout), give propositions good enough to Austria and deliver smack-downs to individual armies before they can concentrate.
Extremely difficult to do so.
