WI Frederick Von Hesse arrives at Finland?

At the final stages of World War II, Frederick Charles Von Hesse was elected as the Finnish King. He never left his domain however and after the finnish civil war the country adopted a republican constitution.

Let's say that he abdicates leaving his son as the duchy of hesse and leaves for Finland with Wolfgang, his second son. What would happen? Would he rules until his death, or the Entente would force him to adbicate?

Probably Entente would pressure Finland abandon German royal family or then no recognition and any diblomatic relationships. Not way that France and UK would accept Kaiser's brother-in-law and Kaiser's grandson being monarchs of Finland. And even in Finland wasn't much of support to monarchy, speciality among centrists and leftists.

And major reason for Finnish monarchy was getting closer alliance with Germany. When Germany becomes republic there is not much of reason take German monarch.

Right.

Let's make one more scenario: What if the war ends with some kind of stalemate with German keeping the bl treaty puppets in the east?
