WI: Frederick the Great has an offspring

What if at some point shortly before ascending to the Prussian throne Frederick the Great managed to impregnate his wife (whether by accident, by force or whatever circumstances)? What will be it's effect to Frederick and his future reign, especially if it's a male?

Poor Frederick. Could his father have arranged an earlier marriage, which would encourage Frederick even more to flee, and after the escape attempt failed then used the life of Katte as a way of forcing Frederick to comply and "perform"?

In OTL Frederick and his wife (a Hapsburg relative) had a reasonably amicable non-marriage. It did though give him a personal motive against Austria. In the ATL she has sort-of raped him; but also saved Katte's life (assuming Frederick's father kept the deal).
