WI: Franklin Pierce dies in 1853?
On January 6th, 1853, the train carrying president Franklin Pierce and his family was in an accident, killing his young son. On April 18th, 1853, his vice president, William R. King died of Tuberculosis. So, what if Franklin Pierce had died, instead of or as well as his son?
