WI: Frankfurt proposals

The proposal was that Napoleon would remain as Emperor of France, but France would be reduced to its "natural frontiers." The natural frontiers in this case were the Pyrenees mountains, the Alps mountains, and the Rhine River. France would retain control of Belgium, Savoy and the Rhineland (the west bank of the Rhine River), while giving up control of all the rest, including all of Spain, Poland and the Netherlands, and most of Italy and Germany.

This was offered by the Allies in November of 1813, after Leipzig and all. Let's say Napoleon accepts. Is it plausible. I know he was sometimes stubborn and made quite a number of political mistakes but he must've seen that his position on the throne is unstable. What would happen later on. Maybe France focuses more on colonization? Conquering Africa, Algiers in particular (IIRC there were plans for the invasion already in 1808). If he stays there probably won't be any revolutions in 1830 and 1848. There would be some other, different revolutions, of course. So, thoughts???

The allies would start squabbling over the gains, namely how to divide Poland, and with no Talleyrand helping him (but actually encouraging the fighting) Metternich wouldn't be able to do as well keeping everyone together. France would invade again and probably take over Germany.
