WI France Wins the War of Devolution?

From 1667-1668 the French armies under Louis XIV overran the Habsburg-controlled Spanish Netherlands and the Franche-Comté, only to have it taken away in the Treaty of Aix-la-Chapelle due to the Triple Alliance of Sweden, England, and the Dutch Republic.

Now alliances at the time were fragile at past, what if somehow the French, either by an English withdrawl from the war or a withdrawl of Sweden, or some or other way, win the war and get to keep there new lands, and how does this effect the borders of modern day France and Europe as a whole?

Netherlands: not really possible, this part was supposed to be a buffer.

Franche compté: no significant problem, it's a French land and on the right side of the Rhine.
