What if France kept Canada after 1763?
There are three ways for them to do this:
1. The British decide that they would rather have Guadalupe after all and let the French keep Canada.
2. The British don't conquer Canada in the war. The early rounds went in favor of the French regulars and Indians, despite the Anglo-American manpower advantage. Pitt poured money into the colonies, which had its own effect when the subsidies were withdrawn post-war, and raised enough armies to swarm into Canada. You just need to keep Pitt out of the government and have Whitehall direct the war with the same focus and skill that they directed the 1775-83 was IOTL.
3. The French overrun Hanover and swap it to get Canada back at the peace conference. I don't get the impression George III particularly cared about Hanover so this one is unlikely.
Using any of these PODs,what would be the effects?
