WI: France Incorporates Aragon?

What if France Incorporates Aragon?

Curious as to the potential of a union between Aragon and France. What are some possibilities of when and how this could occur? How would the balance of power shift if this occurred? I think a good POD would be a successful Aragonese Crusade that deposes King Peter III.

Oh my!....

However, the crusade was not intended to have Aragon annexed by France, but to put Charles of Valois on the throne. However, if it succeed (which could happen with a BIG dose of luck) and if the direct Capetian line failing as OTL, we might see a France-Aragon Personal Union, which could led in time to an incorporation of Aragon into France, which will become a beast.

I personally have set up what it takes to get a Franco-Aragonese personal union in Land of Wine and Beer. An Aragon which fails to enter a personal union with Castile would still have the end of the Aragonese Trastamara growing near, which could be exploited with a shrewd mariage.

My Groigne qui Groigne TL, Charles the Bold's son marries Isabel of Aragon, has a couple of living kids with her, one of whom is a son that inherits Burgundy and Spain. The Valois in France are systematically killed/die off, and Valois-Bourgogne inherits Burgundy, France and Spain.
