WI Flight 93 Struck the Capitol Building?

What would have been the consequences if United Airlines Flight 93 had struck the Capitol Building on 9/11? Is it feasible that the building could have been evacuated on time? How much worse would the national reaction be?

The Flight 93 Memorial says this about Flight 93’s departure delay:
The plane left the gate just one minute late, at 8:01 a.m., and ordinarily would have taken off about 15 minutes after pulling away from the gate. However, take-off was delayed because of the airport’s typically heavy morning traffic. When Flight 93 left the ground at 8:42, the flight was running more than 25 minutes late. The other hijacked planes had taken off from Boston’s Logan International Airport and from Dulles International Airport in Washington D.C. within 10-15 minutes of their planned departure times, lifting off at 7:59 (Flight 11), 8:14 (Flight 175), and 8:20 a.m. (Flight 77)

Had the plane left a couple of minutes earlier and took off at around the same time as the other three flights, Flight 93 would have had a much higher chance of reaching its intended target.
