WI Flavia Maxima Constantia was born a boy instead in 361 AD?

In 360 Emperor Constantius II married to Faustina, who gave birth to Constantius' only child, a posthumous daughter named Flavia Maxima Constantia, who later married Emperor Gratian.
WI Constantia was born Flavius Maximus Constantius instead and ascended the throne as Constantius III after Constantius's II sudden death? (lets say that Constantius II manages to live a little longer so the boy is not born after his demise...)
How is a male grandson of Constantine I alters History? Could Constantinian dynasty had survived? Any thoughts?
