WI: FDR did not die in 1945/Had Better Health

FDR was rapidly becoming disillusioned by Stalin in 1945, just like everyone else. Being confronted with Stalin's policies post-WWII, he would likely have reacted in a very similar way to Truman. FDR was very tired though, and he may not have the strength to really push back.

I suspect that this change of heart would be too late in coming to be of consequence. That said, Chiang still likely loses China. Though, come to think of it, that opens up a question as to what becomes of Taiwan. If the bombs are butterflied away due to an earlier conditional surrender for Japan, then perhaps Taiwan (but not Korea) will remain Japanese.
