WI...Fall Blau proceeds without Manstein taking Sevastopol

This is what I have to ask. The fall of Sevastopol, although clearing up the German flank, delayed Blau by a significant amount of time. What if Hitler gave Blau the go-ahead without letting Manstein finish the city off, and simply left the 11th army there while Army Groups A and B continued on?

Also, what if 4. Panzerarmee wasn't transferred from B to A and back again? That caused a roadblock that delayed the assault on Stalingrad by at least a week; if it didn't happen, would they have gotten there in time to catch the Soviets with no defenses?

Given the USSR held out for months in Sevastopol, I could see Stalin in 1942 being stupid enough to keep the garrison there because of his "Not a step back" order. However the capture of Sevastopol IIRC was a rather important flanking operation.
