WI - Expansion potential of ATL Mauryan Empire

Aside from the southern kingdoms and Sri Lanka or the Seleucids and others in the northwest, what other territories could a expansion-inclined ATL Mauryan Empire conquer?

Particularly interested to know how far this ATL Mauryan Empire could expand into parts of ancient Tibet and Burma / Indochina (including possibly Yunnan)?

Doesn't seem like any real reason to go further travel wasn't fast back then and they had one of the largest empires on the planet. Probably in the top three for population, with vast resources of every kind. Why go further? They would just be heading into mountains or deserts. Even today a lot for hose areas are uninhabited. Consolidating control seems better.

Could they have expanded into ancient Burma at least by conquering Dhanyawadi, the Pyu city states and maybe even managing to take Dali?

Especially if they managed to consolidate their gains and had competent successors after Ashoka via ATL Kunala who avoided being blinded (including maybe an expansionist Mauryan equivalent of Qin Shi Huang)?
