WI: Emperor Guangxu not poisoned?

Now thinking of an idea for a future TL some time in 2012 or 2013. It was proven by Chinese scientists in 2008 that Zai Tian or Emperor Guangxu was poisoned to death. Had Zai Tian not been poisoned, and let's say he live into the mid-1910s, how would he affect the course of Late Qing Reform? Is Qing's fall really inevitable by this point? Let's brainstorm our ideas:D

Well, I think he'd be able to handle the Boxer Rebellion way better than Cixi. I mean, that crazy woman had absolutely no grasp of international politics/diplomacy at all.
