WI: Elizabeth I born illegitimate?

Okay, so I need help. What if Elizabeth is born before Henry can marry Anne, but he still grudgingly acknowledges her and gives her the title Marquess of Pembroke (which IOTL, he gave to Anne)?

Assuming ATL Elizabeth still has her OTL counterpart's royal ambitions (except she remains outwardly Catholic), how would she affect the reign of a brother who survives to adulthood?

As for marriage, are the Continental princes inclined to marry a royal bastard? And if not, which lord would be likely to marry her?

She wouldn't.

And as an acknowledged female bastard it would be unlikely she would have much value as a wife outside England.

However she might be married off to one of the great families as Henry Fitzroy was. Possibly the Howards again (Thomas the 4th Duke of Norfolk is only 4 years her junior)

Technically, Elizabeth was conceived nonmaritally, as Henry was still legally wed to Catherine [with the arguments for an annulment dragging on with no end in sight] and not Anne at that time but as soon as he found out Anne was expecting, he rushed into a secret marriage with Anne a month before he declared that the Church of Rome had withdrawn from England and leaving him 'no choice' but declare himself the leader of the Church in England, and as such saw no reason but to declare his marriage to Catherine as being annulled. Yes, even by Henry's OWN POV, for about a month, he was a bigamist. OK, since he was so SURE Anne's firstborn was gonna be a boy, he had everything set up for a BIG splash to celebrate the 'Prince of Wales' birth. Of course, Anne's firstborn was Elizabeth but, Henry not wanting to have totally blown all his present festivities, declared her 'Princess of Wales' and that's what she remained until he decided to annul the marriage with Anne before having her beheaded.
Point being from the time she was three, Elizabeth WAS technically a 'bastard' and neither Henry nor her sibs Edward VI or Mary I did anything to change that [even though Henry's Will made her and Mary the first 'bastards' since William the Conqueror to be sanctioned to sit on England's throne]. So Elizabeth went from ' Elizabeth, Princess of Wales to Lady Elizabeth Tudor to Elizabeth, Queen of England' .
Essentially, making Elizabeth a bastard from Day One wouldn't have any more effect on Edward's reign than her having been made one to clear the way for an unimpeded union with Jane Seymour did.

Not to mention that when it suited their purposes, most of the Catholic (and even some of the Protestant) royals considered her a bastard - born and bred.

As Kat Ashley (I think) said to her after the annulment of her parents marriage "How haps it yesterday my Lady Princess but today my Lady Elizabeth".

IIRC, neither she nor Mary were actually invested as Princess of Wales, because the only ones who can hold that title are the consorts to the male heirs.
