WI Eleanor of Aquitaine stays married to Louis VII

This is not "most likely", given 13 years age difference, unless the enormous dowry is involved - Constance of Penthièvre or Marie of Boulogne (the latter one is to cement Henry's succession rights) are closer agewise and have their pros.
Another possible bride is Constance of France.

Well Marie would still have a good chance to inhereiting Aquitaine and in OTL a match between her and Henry was taken in consideration. And in any case neither Marie of Boulogne or Constance of Penthievre o Constance of France will bring to Henry a connection/alliance with Aquitaine... the only other girl with a comparable alliance is Adèle/Alix of Champagne (who is seven years younger than Henry)
I think they meant not physically impossible (her marriage with Henry II DID produce a lot of children), but that King stopped visiting Eleanor's bedroom after the birth of Alix for piety-related reasons etc. If Alix is born a boy, nothing like this happens.
Well Eleanor wanted the annulment much more than Louis, as she was tired of being married to Louis (who she rightly reputed too like a priest and a uncivilized) so she will not want share his bed anymore if she was so lucky to have another daughter

With Eleanor completely off the market, Henry is probably looking at someone who could help him both win his war against Stephen while also helping him build a coalition against France, which would be much more powerful with Aquitaine in its fold and directly threatening Henry's southern borders. More than likely, he probably needs a bride from the north, whose family could more immediately help in his war in England, while also serving as a bulwark against France's northern border. A Boulogne match would be a smart one. That gives Henry both a much closer port from which to access England from France, and vice versa.
