Nosferartu 1921 was Walter Murneau's "knock off" copy version of Bram Stokers Dracula abeit with character name changes. After being sued from breach of copyright all copies where ordered to be destroyed. One copy survived and released properly after the license ran out.

What if Bram Stokers Estale allowed Walter Murnea to film his version of Dracula (1921) starring Max Shreck?

How would Max Shreck's interpretation of Dracula effect the following film version eg Bella Legosi, Christopher Lee?

I think that the Universal Movie is going to be the same more or less.
It was based on Bella Legosi proformance of the Play not the novel and I doubt that it would be change much even if Stoker had allow Murnea did Dracula.
We might see the Nosferartu design show up more in some other low budget Dracula movies but I suspect that we still get Christopher Lee Dracula and we see Frank Langella Dracula as it was.
