I recently watched the documentary Westinghouse which discusses the life and actions of inventer and buisness man George Westinghouse. On one of the special features William H Terbo talks about his granduncle Nikola Tesla and some of his involvment with Westinghouse. He also mentions that before coming to the USA Tesla worked for the Paris Edison Company and in 1883 was sent to Strassberg railway station where an electrical system installed by the company had exploded and blown out a wall during a comencment ceremony lead by Kaiser Wilhelm I. According to Terbo it "nearly killed the Kaiser". The sources below have additional information on the event.
So I'd like to ask this. What if during the explosion a peace of debra struck the Kaiser inflicting a fatal injury which later kills him. What would the long term consequences be?
