According to this Wikipedia page, Canada didn't really contribute much to the animation industry until maybe the seventies with Nelvana.
But what if during the forties, we got at least one Canadian animation studio producing full-quality hand-drawn animation on par with that of the American studios at the time? The Wikipedia page says that the National Film Board of Canada briefly teamed up with Disney to produce propaganda films. What if some Disney crew ended up starting a studio in Canada at this time? Something like this actually happened IOTL with the British Animaland shorts, which were produced by Snow White and Bambi director David Hand.
Would this have any sort of effect on TTL's animation history? Or would the forties Canadian animation just fall into obscurity like Animaland did?
