WI: Earlier European Integration in a Zionist Uganda World?

As the name says, what if the POD (and general ideas, preferably) for [thread=58686]Earlier European Integration[/thread] occured in the [thread=38786]Zionist Uganda TL[/thread]?

A peacefull integration would mean less Jewish immigration in the Zionist Uganda TL. More cash from European Jews and/or lobbies to ZU. Thus a quicker start up, but maybe, a bit more flat on the long term because there is no 'Brain-surge' from Europe.

The POD for the Earlier Integration TL is in 1940, so most of the brain-surge had already arrived in ZU Israel.
I think WW2 would go more like the EEI TL, but slightly better for the Allies, due to more troops and the high quality of Israeli soldiers, special forces, and intelligence service.
The post-war effects might be interesting, especially in Africa and the Middle East.
