WI: Dutch Victory at Seneffe (and probably the franco-dutch war?)

The Battle of Seneffe was an important battle (at least from what i know) from the Franco-Dutch War. The dutch defeat in the decisive battle probably spilled their larger defeat in the war as a whole, or at least crippled them.
I've heard that the dutch and their allies had the numerical advantage. So, the question:
-What if the dutch won the battle? Will they be able to turn the tide of the war, or at least part of it? What are the long-term implications? Could the Rampjaar be butterflied away? Could the Treaty of Westminster be butterflied away as well, reducing the fervor for an event like the Glorious Revolution to happen?
Excuse me in advance in case the battle wasn't decisive at all.

The Dutch didn't really lose the war. They lost several battles early on and were in desperate shape, but stopped the French advance by flooding their countryside and formed alliances that forced the French to retreat. Spain ultimately lost the war, being forced to cede the Franche-Comté and some towns in the Spanish Netherlands to France.
