WI: Drew Bledsoe never injured.

Rams beat the Steelers in Super Bowl 36. Patriots lose in the wild card that year.

Bledsoe plays with the Patriots untill 2003 where he plays the rest of his career till 2007 with the Browns.

Tom Brady is a Ryan Fitzpatrick level QB.

When Brady will not play, remember Bellichik without that superbowl have zero power to buy the groceries..i can imagine two things...bledsoe either step this game and won 2004 Superbowl or fluked out but a less played bradly would play at vinnie testaverde-early carson palmer...pretty inconsistent and surrounded even in a mediocre division...they would get kicked out playoff pretty easily....Other would be Brady leave to never comeback when his rookie deal expired, he can land anywhere, maybe the new gannon, the ultimate journeyman tilla team give a shoot...maybe the buccaners or the lions or maybe he get to backoff brett favre till 2008....

So with two Lombardis under his belt, Warner's starting job in St. Lou is untouchable, right?

By any measure, his year in 02 was shit. Between that and injuries, it was inevitable that someone else was going to get a chance to play. I think him getting run out of town is still possible.
What is more intriguing is if maybe St. Louis winning it twice in three years causes enough butterflies to keep Kroenke out of the picture, and maybe they become an every-year contender a la the Steelers or the OTL Patriots.

Depend if he has 02 as a bad year(as Cardinal Fans WE NEED Warner, is not an if is a MUST, he keep the team Active before Arians keep away, Warner is the reason we even still have Larry too) is more 50--50 here or maybe warner knew he was to be cut and demand more money for it....still the Rams will blew it, like always.

You knew, IIRC Brady rookie contract expired 03...there a team badly need a QB in 03...The Bears, with him as SFA and he can eat grossman as breakfast, so maybe bears would avoid 06 humillation here....

Bledsoe and the Pats probably end up 6-10 or 7-9, and Belichick's seat is getting warm. In the draft, the Pats still take Daniel Graham and Deion Branch with their first two picks, and there is a QB competition. Brady replaces Bledsoe after a lackluster 2-5 start, but the Pats end up missing the playoffs. After the 2002 season, Bledsoe is traded to Chicago for their first round draft pick (after the Bears miss out on Jake Plummer in FA), and Brady gets the ball. However, without the 2001 magic, the Pats become like the Jets were in the 00's: A decent team, but not a real legit contender.
