WI: Disney World Plane Crash

Walt Disney World used to have a landing strip for small planes which were close to the monorail line which served the property. Disney lawyers shut it down after fearing for years that a plane would crash into the monorail.

What happens if this event does take place where a plane loses control on the runway, crashes into the beams of the monorail, and causing a derailment which kills multiple people? How does this effect the future of the property?

Landing strip gets shut down forever. Disney pays tens of millions of dollars in settlements to the victim's families. Monorail gets shut down for several years, with busses taking over transportation.

After a few years have passed, the monorail probably comes back into use again. The landing strip obviously does not.
