What if Diocletian Comes Out of Retirement in 311?

In late 311, with both Galerius and Maximian dead, and after spending a number of years resting Diocletian decides to emerge fully from retirement. What are the results? How much support would he garner? Could he help stabilize the empire?

I guess it depends on how many loyal men are left. Certainly in his home area he should have supporters.
