They would follow it for awhile then the German government would start to break the treaty. Western Europe, distracted and with weak unifying leadership, would let it slide like OTL.
That is likely. The moment that France will occupy the Rheinland that's the moment the Poles will occupy East Prussia. Doesn't surprise me that an war is needed to get the Poles out of East Prussia.
