WI: Czech Glatz or Kladsko after WWI

How likely is it for Czechoslovakia to annex the Glatz/Kladsko/Klodzko region of Middle Silesia after the Treaty of Versailles (1919), and what would have happened after that? What are the effects on the Czechoslovak Economy, the Sudetenland Question, and the situation in Silesia overall (especially concerning Poland's aims towards Lower Silesia)?
If WW2 still happens ITTL and Germany still loses, then how does this affect the land settlement in Silesia and Pomerania?

Well Czechoslovakia was trying to negotiate with Germany after WWI to gain region ir at least its parts witch Czech majority and for that was actually offering As (German Asch)bulge area to Germany. I don't think region was somehow to important for economy so having it would be marginal. In Sudetland crisis Germany would regain it. After WWII it would be returned to Czechoslovakia.
