WI: Could Russia have gone Anarchist?

And here I was expecting another "what if Kronstadt succeeded?" The idea that it combined with peasant rebellions, etc. of the time (1921) could have toppled the Bolsheviks and led to rule by real soviets is at least sort of semi-plausible. The idea that assassinating a few Bolshevik leaders in 1919 could lead to an Anarchist Russia is not. (By 1919, the Bolshevik party had sufficient secondary leaders to carry on even if Lenin, Trrotsky, and a few others were assassinated. Also, it is not really plausible that *all* major Bolsheviks would be at one place; at that time of Civil War, some had to be at the front. And if by some miracle, assassination could kill *every* major Bolshevik and completely paralyze the party, all that would mean would be a White victory.)
