So, WI in an ATL, the US Constitutional Convention is essentially 'cursed', with every single delegate who attended the Pennsylvania State House between May 25 and September 17 1787 either dying, becoming bedridden or falling into disrepute (with varied, seemingly unrelated causes and reasons behind their ill fortune) prior to the date of the Constitution's ratification IOTL (June 21st 1788)? What happens next? Does the US Constitution still get ratified, with other people stepping up to take their place and tie the United States of America together? Or, without any of its Founding Fathers left behind to support it and bring their glorious dream to fruition, will the fledgling USA simply crumble away, disunited? And if so, what would rise from the ashes?
