Henry VIII married Anna of Kleves in January 1540, but set her aside a few months later. Anna's brother, Wilhelm, married the French king's niece, Jeanne III, queen of Navarre, in June 1541. Both ladies are remembered for the dismal failure of their marriages - Anna as the "Flanders mare/Dutch cow" and Jeanne for having to be carried, kicking and screaming to the altar.

So, what if Anna becomes pregnant at some point between marrying Henry and the annulment (say mid-February to mid-March, which gives us a birth in late 1540; plus let's let Henry be able to get it up - at least enough to be able to make babies). Then, once Henry and Anna have a kid, Wilhelm marries Jeanne. And they STAY married (maybe France is more useful as an ally than OTL), at least long enough to have kids.

How would Kleves being connected to France and England affect its relations with the emperor in the 1540s? Esp. if the relationships are more concretized than OTL (I'm not sure if Jeanne and Wilhelm ever even met, let alone consummated the marriage). Kleves' role in Germany with a Franco-English alliance could make it a near natural rallying point for someone who has issues with the emperor wouldn't it?
